Eleven years experience, specialize in Brand Research, Concept & Product (development) Research, Consumer Behavior Research and Customer Satisfaction Research. Bambang began his career in 1997 before founded Pixel Research in 2004. He holds a Bachelor of Mathematics from the University of Indonesia

Project Manager.

Is a person who handles the project from A to Z. He knows more about the client’s needs and translate it into detail task for his team. He is the key person to the client who can answer the entire client’s questions regarding the process of the survey. He is the one who present the result to the clients at the final stage of the survey.

Field Manager

This is a powerful person on the fieldwork who thinks strategically on how to get valid data with minimum bias and error. Field supervisor and Quality control supervisor are among people who report to him.

EDP Manager

A good result is an outcome of a good data. This person will maintain the final questionnaire from the fieldwork into data processing. His main task is to minimize human error during the key-punching. He organizes questionnaires so that it can be inputted on the computer. Coder, data entry persons are among people who report to him.

Statistician

The final clean data will be tabulated and analyzed by the statistician who responsible to summarize data into some market indicators. He will employ an appropriate statistical method to the data, so it can speak.
